Job Description

Oversee and manage fulfilment partner contracts and performance against Service Level Agreement
Manage operation financial costs, ensuring cost efficiencies and quality targets are delivered, tracking and identifying overcharges and customer payments
Manage operational RFP's, set up and transition of fulfilment partners to deliver both .com and shopping channel delivery business requirements, working with procurement
Responsible for product upload/placement and support our trading lead on merchandising optimisation in line with stock across .com and DTC shopping channel merchandising across markets. Critical to drive awareness, up and cross-sell objectives.
Allocate, manage and coordinate stock forecast and delivery for all markets, including creating items and BOMs on database
Responsible for inventory Management including Bestsellers & optimising low sellers, identifying trigger products and bundle/gifting opportunities
