Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to join our team in Saroli, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the Textiles industry and a Graduate degree.

The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing our online store, including product listings, customer service, and order fulfillment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on our online store

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
