• Hiring 1 candidate for this as of now (Female Preferred)
Key responsibilities:
• Write and edit product content that will be published on e-commerce websites/portals.
• Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and
maintenance.
• Optimise keywords, title and description of the products.
• Work closely with different team like, marketing, sales to provide updated content that will be shared across
e-commerce platforms.
• Provide support to marketing agency.
• Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories.
• Identify best practices regarding inventory, pre-orders, and pricing policies.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Responsible for process order and advertising on sites like Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon, etc.. as well as our
website.
• Managing stock availability of all products.
• Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform.
• Managing & executing promotional campaigns and offers.
• Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or
comments.
• Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain day to day reporting.
Required Skills:
• Experience in managing and maintaining e-commerce websites/portals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical and multitasking skills.
• Knowledgeable of the e-commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development,
competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
Experience:
• E-commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
Salary range:
• ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
