• Identifying and establishing win-win partnerships with leading e-Commerce partners in India and globally like Amazon (India, US, Canada and Eurozone), Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
• Managing Sales, Operations on national level for Modern Trade- Shop-in Shop & Large format Stores (Shoppers Stop, Reliance Trends, Central, etc.)
• Developing Distribution & B2B business model.
• Exceptional skills in communication, presentation with demonstrated abilities in training and driving motivated teams towards achieving sales goals.
• Develop overall Business strategy and future road map to drive revenue & business growth.
• Planning & implementing monthly/quarterly marketing/promotion strategy for driving business.
• Targeting Sales (Top Line) with a keen observation on the profitability (Bottom Line).
• Analysesand Negotiate commercial terms with business partners for maximum profitability.
• Visit brand managers monthly / quarterly to drive brand effectively though online & offline retail platforms.
• Coordinating with the product development team & sharing qualitative feedback so that it can help in product development and thus resulting in better sales.
• Implementing reporting process to track down individual sales performance.
• Conducting sales meet on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis with sales team for review and monitoring individual performance.
• Developing the mix of team spirit and healthy competition spirit within team to keep environment alive, resulting best productivity.
• Conduct group sessions with the sales team to motivate them and help them perform better.
