Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:-
• Develop and drive overall business plan across E-Commerce platform.
• Engage with Various E-Commerce platform teams to align on a business plan, business
terms, growth strategies and partner on execution towards the established plan
• Develop and own annual Go to Market plan and calendar for the E-Commerce platform.
• Drive new strategic initiatives and pilots/tests & learn efforts for new capabilities and
programs.
• Manage marketing and promotions budget and track spend against the budgeted plan.
• Define promotional strategy, build and execute on promotional plans in partnership with
product line teams, establish success criteria and track against targeted outcomes.
• Define and own desired customer experience & support and drive improvements by
partnering with customer service teams.
• Track business performance against establish metrics and share via regular business
updates and in various business reviews.
• Focus on identifying opportunities to drive growth and/or efficiencies to better support
the business and partner across internal and external teams to establish a plan and drive
execution.
• Manage issue resolution across different aspects of the business including chargebacks,
account receivables, counterfeit/unauthorized seller activity.
• Serves as point of contact for returns and exchanges.
• Review sales data and stock levels and update accordingly to various site.
• Handle Returns from Customer and resolve if there is any complaint.
Qualifications/Requirements:-
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience to include the following areas: e-commerce
account/business management, digital marketing, and e-commerce operations.
• Experience working in an e-commerce/cross-channel retail or consumer products
manufacturer environment.
• An understanding of consumer products e-commerce landscape, growth drivers,
marketing strategies, and success metrics
• Excellent excel experience with proven ability to analyze data across performance areas
(financial, marketing, operational) and generate insights to inform future planning.
• Demonstrated ability to own and drive efforts end-to-end and partner with crossfunctional teams.
Education- bachelor’s degree (Required)
Master’s degree (Preferable)
