Job Description



We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to Managing Director to join our team in Ring Road, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the Accounting industry and a Graduate degree.

The Executive Assistant to Managing Director will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the Managing Director's calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing general office support.

The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. The ideal candidate should also be able to work independently and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this position is between ₹360000 and ₹500000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with working hours of 10am-7pm. Benefits as per Company Norms.
