Location: Kadodara, Surat
Position: EHS Manager
Sector / Industry: Textile
Salary: Up to INR 80,000 / Month


Roles & Responsibilities:
 Inspects the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
 Monitoring the work permits and other activities in campus toensure safe working.
 Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections.
 Develops health and safety procedures for all areas of the company.
 Conducting risk analysis and ensuring the proper solution to avoidthe risk & hazard.
 Record keeping and documentation of EHS related work and policies.
 Regular inspection of machines, lifting tools, fire safety and other equipment to ensure the compliance and safe working.
 Continuously raise awareness about safety amongst employees of the company.
 Ensures that material safety data sheets are maintained and readily accessible when needed.
 Training to the workers and other staff.
 Ensuring the safety induction of workers.

Required Skills/Abilities:
 Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and policies.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Exposure of OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 and any other standards.
 NEBOSH and other credential.
 Integrated Management System (IMS)
 Excellentcommunication skills – including both verbal and written.
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
 Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office and other similar software.
