Need Electrical engineer for Automobile Industry (Purchase Executive)
Product:- Electric Bike
Job Location:- Sudama Chowk, Varachha
Interview Location:- Katargam
Job time- 9:30 to 7:00
Salary;- Up to 25,000
Education:- B.E Electrical
Experience:- Min 1.5 Years
Roles & Responsibilities :
Getting the Right product, in the Right quantity, in the Right condition, at the Right place, at the Right time, to the Right customer, at the Right price.
1. Research potential vendors.
2. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
3. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
4. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
5. Review quality of purchased products.
6. Mention all order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
7. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
8. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
9. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
10. Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
11. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
