Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our Real Estate team in Bharuch. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-4 years of experience in the field and a graduate degree.
The Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for projects, analyzing bids, and negotiating contracts. They will also be responsible for researching and evaluating materials, labor, and equipment costs, as well as preparing reports and presentations.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should also have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
The position offers a competitive salary of ₹240000-₹300000 per annum and other benefits as per company norms. The working hours are 10am-7pm.
