Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs in different continents
Able to communicate with foreign clients / buyers
Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customer and promoting to increase sales on a regular basis
Handle with promptness all customer queries
Key account management from order receipt to shipment,following up with production for timely delivery.
Coordinate with production team the specific requirement of Customer along with required markings the packaging instructions.
Willing to travel abroad for participation in International Trade Fairs and customer visits to enhance business.
Good English writing skills, able to read and speak English
Comfortable on computer, good at MS Excel
