Job Description
Job Title: Export Sales Executive
Job Summary:
Gain volume and premium by utilizing value chain understanding and leveraging customer relationship,
gain insights from market/customer competitors and find new opportunities, leads manage demand, stock
and delivery, technical advisor ,He/she needs to have both commercial and technical skill to 'build trust
and be able to influence in customers' decisions, which will lead to collaboration for existing/new products
and product development/improvement.
Main products will be Dupion Silks, Khmer Silk (Cambodian Market), Songket Fabrics (Malaysian
and Indonesian Market)
Responsibilities:
• Able to optimize benefits between clients and company in any situation.
• Sales management according to strategy and achieve the target within time constraints.
• Maintain and develop good relationships with customers.
• Identify and develop new markets, business opportunities, sales volumes and customers.
• Provide accurate market information report to director and required function.
• Perform sales operations effectively.
• Initiate development for both product and service.
• Best deal negotiation with customers.
Qualifications:
• 3-Year Experience in Export Traditional Textiles sales
• Good communication in both spoken and written in English
• Technical background in traditional textiles is preferable
• Good handle with under pressure management situation
• Positive thinking and Eager to learn
• Adaptive, be confident to work well in an uncertain situation.
• Have a commercial sense and marketing knowledge.
• Good communication skills and able to practice negotiation/selling skills.
• Collaborative and good people management skills to manage relationships and achieve
committed goals.
Compensation:
• Base Compensation 40,000 THB / Month (Approximately 1 Lakh Rupees / Month)
• Commission 1% of Sales
• Expected Gross Income Approximately 60,000 THB – 100,000 THB / Month (1.5 – 2.5 Lakh
Rupees)
• 1 Return Flight to India Per Year
• Bonus 2x of Average Monthly Commission
• On-site accommodation provided (Factory Dormitory)
• Income tax will be approximately 10% of earnings.
• Social Security provided (State Hospital)
• 2 - Year Contract with renewal based on performance
