Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Factory Head to join our team in Kadodara, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in the Textile/Garments industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the factory, ensuring that production targets are met, and that quality standards are maintained. They will also be responsible for managing the factory staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and motivated.

The successful candidate should have a Diploma in a relevant field and excellent communication and organizational skills.

The salary for this position is between ₹300000 and ₹700000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The working hours are 10am-8pm.
