Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Factory Head to join our team in Palsana, Surat. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in the furniture industry and a graduate degree.
The Factory Head will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the factory, including production, quality control, and safety. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and manage a team. They should also have a strong understanding of the furniture industry and be able to identify areas for improvement.
The position offers a competitive salary of ₹1200000-₹1800000 per annum, depending on experience, and other benefits as per company norms. The working hours are 10am-7pm.
