That person should be able to hire and train staff
Delegate tasks to factory staff as neccessory
Maintain quality control as well as quality assurance
Create and implement machine maintenance standard operating procedures
Able to handle 200 people at the same time
He is responsible for production , machine maintenance , people management , electricity maintenance as well as staff problems and solution.
Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
Computer literacy
Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
Every day take all the reports from factory supervisor and report to boss.
