Should be Good In Decision Making
Should be able to handle 450-500 People
Educational Qualification: Any but Graduate with good communication preferred
Should be ready to relocate in Karanj
Should be from Manufacturing industry
Should have rough and Tough Personality
Should have atleast 2 years of Retention period in last company.

He is able to handle and operate employees and work system
Handling team of 15 managers
He will be accountable for Production and maintenance
He will be responsible for each and every activity of plant/Unit
Take Decision and handle end to end work
Being Single Point of contact for complete unit
Seriously focus on every day production
Able to manage employee , adjust manpower , recruit labor and operator
Can handle all employee query/objection
Can manage labour
Taking follow up with production department
Coordinate with client/management
Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
Manage the daily functions of the business
Can handle employee query
Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
Manage budget to align with goals of business
Train the employee
