Job Description

3 to 4 year experience with Textile manufacturing company.
That person should be able to hire and train staff
Delegate tasks to factory staff as Necessary
maintain quality control as well as quality assurance
create and implement machine maintenance standard operating procedures
able to handle 400 people at the same time
he is responsible for production , machine maintenance , people management , electricity maintenance,goods management as well as staff problems and solution.
every day take all the reports from factory supervisor and report to boss.
Age between 25 to 30 year
salary range :- 20000 to 25000
office time :- as per shift
Company strength: 800 employ day/night
