Qualification

1. The candidate should be a creative thinker , creatively seek out new products and maintain cutting edge industry knowledge. Should be ready to take up new challenges as and when they arrive.

2. Candidate should be a graduate from NIFT/Pearl/Other Reputed Fashion Design Institutes.

3. Must have an experience of 2 or more years in the garment/fashion industry in the domain of WOMEN'S ETHNIC , INDO WESTERN or FASHION WEAR. Knowledge of woven silk fabrics, brocades would be an added advantage.

4. Demonstrate Professionalism time , costs and deadlines.


Primary Responsibility

1. Research :
1. Researching and analyzing trends and forecasts.
2. Conducting market research to identify new trends , fabrics and techniques, and seeking design
inspiration from competitive brands , retail stores and online.

2. Product Creation and Sampling:
1. Come up with new products styles and designs.
2. Get the sample designs ready and prepare the production plan
3. Sourcing the fabrics, trims and other accessories.
3. Other Responsibilities:
1. Coordination with the production team
2. Coordinate (if needed) with vendors for design related queries
3. Coordination with Modelling, Digital and Social Media Team.
Salary :- 25000 to 37500

Office time:- 10 to 5 pm
