Job Description
Arrangement of bank guarantee
Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of forex.
Booking of the spot, tom, swap and forwards for all the import payments & export collection and settle them on a due date.
Keep the separate track of premium cost, bank margins paid at the time of booking of the forward contracts
Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements.
Understand and manage appropriate accounting procedures and processes.
Compliances of documents under RBI, ADs guidelines
Exposure to a real-time trading platform and attained command over currency trading software.
Studies various article and schedules under FEMA and RBI circulars of foreign exchange and trade finance.
Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues, if any.
Preparation of management report on forex/open exposure
