Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in the industry.

The Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all customer service standards are met, and that the store is running efficiently. The Floor Manager will also be responsible for training and supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring that all safety and security protocols are followed.

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and excellent communication and organizational skills.

This is a full-time position with working hours of 10am-7pm. The annual salary range for this position is between ₹240000 and ₹360000, depending on experience. Benefits will be provided as per company norms.
