Job Description

Performs routine receptionist duties that include answering phones in a friendly efficient manner.
Direct phone calls to appropriate associates. Monitor, screen calls as directed, take messages or direct caller to appropriate voice mail. Locate appropriate staff if calls are urgent.
Provide secretarial and data entry support for all departments as requested by Executive Assistant.
Greet and assist walk-ins.
Maintain the physical appearance of the front office and special rooms. Keep these areas clean and orderly to present an attractive and safe environment.
Retrieve incoming mail once a day from the Post Office
Prepare all outgoing mail
