Job Description
We are looking for an experienced General Manager Plant to join our FMCG team in Kosamba, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role and should be a graduate.
The General Manager Plant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve production, reduce costs, and ensure quality standards are met.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of between ₹2000000 and ₹40000000 per annum, depending on experience. The working hours will be 10am-7pm. Accommodation with conveyance will also be provided.
