1. Proper Followup of Job Work
2. Dyeing and printing followup
3. Checking the quality of the product after the Job work. ( Height Colour , Shades etc )
4. Quality assurance is the key Responsibility of the candidate.
5. He must know about the marking done on the boxes.
6. Co ordination with Tempo and make sure it goes on with proper loading.
7. Communication must be strong as he will be dealing with laymen.
8. Professional Skills such as computer is required , for input of stock and dispatch details. Must know about V lookup and pivot table.
9. Person should be committed.
10. Assurance to quality , Company will look forward towards allover growth and development of employee, So he must be dedicated , loyal and eager to learn.
