Job Brief:
We are looking for a creative Graphics Designer with knowledge of UI/UX. You will be designing a wide variety
of digital contents across digital and offline media including UI/UX related contents and designs. You will ensure
that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and
exceptional visual design. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate
the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into
design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.
Requirements:
1. Gather data, information, and materials necessary to prepare for upcoming projects and deadlines.
2. Develop design and layout concepts based on notes, presentations and other provided materials.
3. Illustrate design concepts with rough layouts.
4. Gain design approval through the submission of rough arrangements and layouts.
5. Prepare complete projects through the use of printing, typesetting and similar design equipment. May
also work with print-related vendors.
6. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
7. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
8. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
9. Edit rough layouts for final approval.
10. Oversee the correct operation of printing and design-related equipment including troubleshooting and
ordering repairs.
11. Maintain and improve technical skills and knowledge with membership in professional societies,
furthering education and use of professional publications.
Requirements:
1. Freshers are preferred but having 1+ years of experience is a plus.
2. Be creative, adaptable to trends and conceptualize original ideas.
3. Have a strong, well-rounded portfolio that showcases your individual design aesthetic.
4. Be a skilled user of design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
5. Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS
(SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite.
6. Mindful of client’s needs and the time and costs associated with what you will be delivering.
7. Have an active interest in art/design and passionate about the work you deliver.
8. Good communication skills to accurately convey your concepts to clients and team members.
* salary: 6,000-15,000 INR
* Office Time: 09 : 00 AM to 06:00 PM (Mon to Fri), 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM (Saturday)
Note: 1 year bond and has to submit original document of either 10th or 12th marksheet
