Job Description

Develop and maintain relations and direct communications with all CMS department personnel, Op Unit personnel as well as departments within Learning Tree.
Ensure marketing projects are delivered as scheduled and within budget to best possible quality standards.
Perform as the consultant to marketing staff of operating unit associated with strategy plus planning activities.
Provide ideas as well as opportunities to assist and enhance sales results and local marketing.
Interact and guide creative personnel to develop and present the new design, copy as well as marketing solutions for local op unit “customers” to accomplish marketing goals.
Develop, maintain and update comprehensive project files as well as documentation of instructions, charts, logging and tracking etc.
Ensure to protect and utilize Learning Tree Brand consistently and appropriately.
Participate in the allocated marketing strategy of operating unit as well as planning activities to present manufacturing opportunities and ideas to assist and enhance local marketing plus sales results.
Ensure to bid, purchase, negotiate and manage all outside supplier services for art, design and photography etc.
Manage and develop special marketing as well as research projects as allocated.
Conduct all activities plus assigned projects within budget to the best quality possible.
Attain project milestones as scheduled and present final materials on-time.
Ensure to understand program goals and identify communications tools best suitable to accomplish program objectives.
Prepare project timelines plus manage projects to establish budgets.
