Position - HR Assistant

Location Sachin GIDC, Surat
Job Timings - 9:30 to 7/7:30
Roles & Responsibilities of HR Asst.
1 Time keeping activities.
2 Joining formalities of new comers.
3 Enrollment of new comer on first day in Cosec & Keka.
4 New employees induction & orientation.
5 Taking care of new employees agreement signing and noterization.
6 Coordination with employees in terms of filling leave and late coming/early going on time.
7 Employees and visitors in-out movement tracking with the help of front office executive.
8 Make attendance data on daily basis for ease of salary clearance for respective month.
9 Tracking of counter employees attendance on daily basis in Keka app. Coordination with them in case of misswipes on daily basis.
10 Have to manage loan and advance data of employees. Have to make sure all on time deduction and entries of the same in payroll.
11 Insurance data maintenance of employees and assets.
12 Documents preparation of employees claim.
13 Agencies management like housekeeping & security(Regular checking of their attendance and working registers), Assist accounts dept. in clearance of agencies bills.
14 Checking of contractors pay registers and their compliance.
15 Employees discipline intact on daily basis. Informing senior in case of misconduct for disciplinery action.
16 Arrangements of engagement activities designed by senior for staff.
17 Assist admin in his duties as and when required.

Conditions:
1. 2 years of Bond/ Agreement
2. 10% deduction Every month till 1 years
3. Job timing - 9:30 to 7
4. if worked for 25 days will get 25 days salary.
5. Should have minimum 2 years stability in last company.
