We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Ghod Dod Road, Surat. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for various HR functions including onboarding, joining formalities, compliances, employee engagement, and welfare activities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes and policies. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels. Additionally, you should be well-versed in handling employee grievances and managing employee relations.

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. The salary range for this role is between INR 240,000 to INR 360,000 per annum.
