Responsibilities:
- Manage the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees
- Oversee staff management, including maintaining employee records, handling employee inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
