We are seeking an experienced and dedicated IN-HOUSE HR person to join our team in Pandesara, Surat. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures, excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Excel. Responsibilities will include handling customer service calls and providing support to the HR department. This is a full-time position with working hours to be determined. The salary range for this role is between INR 240,000 to INR 300,000 per year. We offer competitive compensation and other job benefits.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have a minimum educational requirement of a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. Previous experience in a similar HR role is preferred, but not required. The primary function of this position will be HR-related tasks, including employee onboarding, payroll administration, and maintaining employee records.
