We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Recruitment Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for all recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, evaluation, scheduling interviews, follow-ups, and making offers. You will be tasked with scrutinizing resumes and interacting with candidates to understand their capabilities and suitability for the position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a salary range of INR 30,000 to INR 35,000.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our hiring process. Your responsibilities will include sourcing potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals. You will also be responsible for screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and coordinating in-person interviews with the hiring managers.
