Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a HR professional. Based in Vesu, Surat, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing statutory and legal compliance, conducting audits, overseeing attendance management, and handling recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As a HR professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You will be responsible for conducting audits to identify any areas of non-compliance and implementing corrective actions. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing attendance records and ensuring that our recruitment processes are efficient and effective. This position offers a competitive salary range of INR 200,000 to INR 300,000 and provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
