Key responsibilities

1. Need one HR with 3 to 4 year experience with manufacturing industry
2. Reporting should be very strong
3. Able create new system which is use to grow company
4. Able to handle lay man as well as office employee also
5. Seat with owner and understand properly all the works
6. Able to understand KPI(Key Performance Index) of the company
7. He will work individually with all the workers
8. Able to find problems and solve it softly
9. He is responsible for employee attendance, recruitment , salary making , people adjustment etc...
10. Office time :- 9.30 tp 7.00
11. Team size :-30
12. Salary range 20000 to 30000

Note:- He can not take leave one time 12 days to 15 days.
