Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Katargam, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the Gems & Jewellery industry and a graduate degree.

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to employees. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

The successful candidate will be offered a salary between ₹2,40,000 and ₹3,60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The working hours are 10am-7pm and other benefits will be as per company norms.
