Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Katargam, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Gems & Jewellery industry and a Graduate degree.

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to employees. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary for this position is between ₹300000 and ₹360000 per annum, depending on experience. The working hours are 10am-7pm. Job benefits are as per company.
