Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Kosmada, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the HR field and a maximum of 3 years.

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to employees. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The position offers a salary range of ₹360000 to ₹420000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The job is full-time and the working hours are 10am-7pm.

The successful candidate should have a graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
