Job Description

Position Name: HR Executive

Preparation reports related to Recruitment, Interview Status, Offer Made and Joining.

Taking care of joining formalities, documentation and Onboarding process.

Formalities related to open bank account of confirmed employee.

Preparing, and maintaining the reports on a monthly basis related to payroll.

Calculation of Bonus and Professional Tax (PT).

Prepare HR Letters/ documents.

Processing file to accounts department for full and final settlement.

To give the best services to the Employees related to Register, Exit, PF Settlement, PF Withdrawal, insurance policy , house keeping policy,PF Transfer, PF Advance and Updating KYC.
