Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our Automation team in Pandesara, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and a graduate degree.

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and providing support to the HR team. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and providing guidance to the team on HR-related matters.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work independently.

The position offers a competitive salary of between ₹125000 and ₹300000 per annum, depending on experience. The working hours are 10am-7pm. Benefits are as per company norms.
