Job Description



We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team at our Textiles company in Ring Road, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience and a maximum of 5 years of experience in the HR field.

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to employees. The HR Executive will also be responsible for managing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and providing training and development opportunities.

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

The salary range for this position is ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per annum. The working hours are from 10 am to 8:30 pm.

This is a full-time position with no job benefits.
