Job Description



We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Ring Road, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the Textiles industry.

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to employees. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and providing training and development opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of between ₹120000 and ₹180000 per annum, depending on experience. The working hours are 10am-7pm. Benefits as per company norms will also be provided.
