Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team at our Financial Services office in Ring Road, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and a graduate degree.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and providing support to the HR team. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance and advice to employees.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should also be organized and have the ability to multitask.

This is a full-time position with working hours of 9:30am-6pm, Monday to Saturday. The annual salary range is between ₹2,40,000 and ₹3,00,000. As part of the job benefits, they will reserve 25% of their 3 months salary and once they complete 3 months they received it.
