Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Sachin Gidc, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the HR field and a maximum of 4 years.
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to employees. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and providing training and development opportunities.
The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
The annual salary for this position is between ₹360000 and ₹420000, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with working hours of 10am-7pm. Benefits will be provided as per company norms.
