Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Saroli, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the Textile / Garments industry.

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to employees. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The position offers an annual salary of between ₹240000 and ₹360000, depending on experience. The working hours are 10am-7pm.

The successful candidate should have a Graduate degree and be familiar with the latest HR trends and best practices.
