Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the HR field and a graduate degree.
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to employees. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and providing training and development opportunities.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work independently.
The salary for this position is between ₹240000 and ₹300000 per annum, depending on experience. The working hours are 10am-7pm. Benefits are as per company norms.
