Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team at our Gems & Jewellery company in Swami Parmanand Marg, Old GIDC, Patel Nagar, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 3 years of experience in the HR field.
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to employees. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The position offers an annual salary of between ₹3,00,000 and ₹3,60,000, depending on experience. The working hours are 10am-7pm. The successful candidate should have a postgraduate degree in a relevant field. Benefits are as per company norms.
