Job Description
Job title: HR –Executive
Exp: 2-4 Years
Salary Range:upto 25k
Timing: 10 to 7
Summary:To support the organization within every area of a company's human resources operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
• Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department.
• Understanding the requirement and accordingly drafting the job description and getting it approved to HOD.
• Sourcing candidates that match the desired skills.
• Screening the candidates by conducting personal interviews as the case may be.
• Coordinate with concern person and take interview of prospect candidate.
• Maintaining and updating the database of the candidate.
2. Induction:
• When a particular candidate is finalized and selected, giving him/her offer letter. On joining the service, issuing appointment letter with brief working agreement.
• Giving on and description on policies, procedures culture followed by the company.
• Properly filing relevant document of the new joinee as required.
• Explaining the mode of communication.
• Coordinate with IT team to get his/her ID.
3. HR policies and Manuals:
• If the company do not have HR manual, drafting the same for the company.
• Making or amending (minor changes) the existing policies and procedures.
4. Attendance and Leave records:
• Keeping a track of the attendance of employees and take regulatory action on delay if required.
• Filing the leave form and keeping the track of the leave taken
Check Absenteeism of the employees
5. Performance Management:
• Helping the seniors do performance appraisal in a better way by adopting a better appraisal practice.
6. Employee engagement:
• Festival celebration, Day Celebration etc
7. Workforce management:
• Handling cross culture things
• No grouping in the company
• To review dress code, I-card, grooming standards of employees on regular basis.
8. Statutory Compliance
• Leaves
• Components of salary and deduction of salary
9. Exit formalities
• Get review of employees for the resigning of job
• Try to get feedback of company from employees and corrective measure
• Helping the person to be relieved properly.
• Provide experience letter
• Give them full and final settlement of the person
10. Compensation and benefits
• Designing salary structure
• Allowing allowances as per requirements
• Leave Compensation needs to be calculating annually.
