Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team at our Ceramics manufacturing facility in Vesu, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and a graduate degree.

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and providing support to the HR team. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and providing guidance to the management team.

The successful candidate will be offered a salary between ₹240000 and ₹300000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The job is full-time and the working hours are 9am-6:30pm. Benefits will be provided as per company norms.
