* Salary Range: 02.00 lac – 04.20 lac Per Annum
* Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an accredited university
* Experience: Minimum 2-5 Years of Experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Conduct employee onboarding activities.
• Handling Payroll and statutory compliance.
• Grievance Management.
• Maintain employee files and records in digital and paper form.
• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs.
• Greeting visitors and arranging travel and accommodation of visitors.
• Create regular attendance reports and send to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
• Exit Formalities.

• Good command on Excel
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
