Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Head to join our team at our Ecommerce company in Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in the HR field.

The HR Head will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. They will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. They will also be responsible for developing and managing the recruitment process, managing employee performance, and developing training and development programs.

The successful candidate should have a postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The position offers an annual salary of between ₹600000 and ₹840000, depending on experience and qualifications. The working hours are 10am-7pm. Benefits are as per company norms.
