We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a HR Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for various HR functions including the acquisition of manpower, onboarding and training of employees, managing and reporting on payroll, performance management, and employee welfare. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities:
- Acquiring and recruiting new employees to meet the manpower needs of the organization.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
- Managing and reporting on payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Implementing performance management systems and processes to drive employee productivity and engagement.
- Ensuring employee welfare and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Collaborating with other departments to support their HR needs and initiatives.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
- Providing support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
- Maintaining and updating employee records and documentation.
- Assisting with any other HR-related tasks or projects as needed.
