We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an HR Executive at our Parvat Patiya location in Surat. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the textile industry and be able to handle all HR-related activities. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Responsibilities:
- Utilize your textile experience to effectively handle all HR-related activities
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and training and development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with
