Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Head to join our team in Kadodara, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in the HR Head.
The HR Head will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The successful candidate will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

The HR Head will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and selection process, managing employee relations, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to the management team.

The successful candidate should have a postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.

The annual salary for this position is between ₹550000 and ₹750000. The working hours are from 10am to 7pm. Job benefits are as per company norms.
